Kay has always been a singer / storyteller going all the way back to elementary school. She received a vocal scholarship from the University of Miami in the late 70’s and was often found performing with her guitar in local restaurants & pubs. She was a also a regular performer at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens performing both renaissance and folk music.

Upon moving to Canada Kay continued performing as a solo artist in addition to her quartet the Dickens Carolers, her jazz quartet, and even on the NAC stage with the Opera Lyra chorus.

Classically trained vocalist her sound is rich with heartfelt emotions and her original songs all tell stories of hope and inspiration. 

Kay can be found in the summer months performing locally in the Ottawa region, and in the winter she has toured in the Dominican Republic and the southern states in the US.
